Unlawful distribution, delivery, or sale of drug paraphernalia
It is against the law to sell, give away, or have drug paraphernalia with plans to sell or give it away, if the person knows it will be used with illegal drugs. Doing this as a business makes it a more serious crime than just giving it away once.
