Distribution of controlled substance in violation of registration requirements
This law is about people who are legally allowed to handle controlled substances (like doctors or pharmacists) but break the rules. If someone distributes or gives out a controlled substance in a way their license does not allow, or gives it to someone not allowed to have it, that is a felony.
