Tampering with a prescription or a drug prescription order
A licensed pharmacist breaks this law if they knowingly mess with a prescription drug in a dishonest way. This includes secretly changing what is in a drug, lying about a drug that has been changed or watered down, or selling a changed or watered-down drug to trick the buyer. This is one of the most serious crimes — a class A felony.
