Selling or transferring solvents to cause certain symptoms, penalty
It is against the law to sell or give someone a solvent — like certain chemical substances — if the goal is to get that person high, dizzy, or to mess with how they see, hear, or think. Also, businesses that mostly sell alcohol, run live shows, or mostly sell video entertainment are not allowed to sell those specific chemicals or toxic glue at all. Breaking this law is a serious felony crime.
