Expungement for persons less than eighteen years of age at time of offense

In plain English

If someone was under 18 years old when they were arrested or convicted for prostitution, they can ask the court to erase those records. The court will erase the records if the person was under 18 or was being forced or controlled by someone else at the time. Once the records are erased, that person does not have to tell anyone about the arrest or conviction ever again, and it is treated as if it never happened.
