Examination of applications, pass judgment
Each year, between March 1 and March 15, the county commission holds a meeting to look over applications from people who lost livestock or poultry due to dog attacks. The applications cover losses from the previous March 1 through the last day of February. The commission looks at each application and all the evidence, then decides what it thinks is a fair payout.
