If someone has a workers' compensation agreement or decision that nobody appealed, they can bring a copy of it to the local circuit court. The court will then turn it into an official court judgment. That judgment works the same as if the court had handled the case from the start. If the payments later change because of a new decision, the court judgment gets updated to match.
287.500. may act upon memorandum — procedure. — Any may file in the circuit court of the county in which the accident occurred, a of a approved by the or by the or of an or decision of the division or the commission, or of an of the division or of the commission from which an or from which an has not been taken, whereupon said court shall in accordance therewith and notify the parties.
