When someone needs to send official notice to an insurance company under this law, they can do it by mailing a letter with postage paid. The letter can be sent to the insurance company's main office, its agent in Missouri, its home office, or to a top officer of the company in the United States.
287.750. Sufficiency of notice. — Whenever by this chapter any officer is required to give any notice to any , the same may be given by mailing the same, , addressed to the of the insurance carrier or its in this state, or to its home or to the , or thereof in the United States.
