Rebates by workers prohibited, exception
This law is about protecting workers' wages on certain public contracts. No one is allowed to force or pressure a worker into giving back any part of their paycheck. It does not matter if the pressure happens before or after the worker gets hired — asking someone to hand back wages as a condition of getting or keeping a job is not allowed. This rule does not apply to union representatives collecting regular union dues from members.
