290.525. Violations — . — Any employer who hinders the in the performance of his duties in the of sections 290.500 to 290.530 by any of the following acts is guilty of a :

(1) Refusing to admit the director to any place of ;

(2) Failing to make, keep and preserve any s as required under the of sections 290.500 to 290.530;

(3) Falsifying any record required under the provisions of sections 290.500 to 290.530;

(4) Refusing to make any record required under the provisions of sections 290.500 to 290.530 accessible to the director;

(5) Refusing to furnish a of any record required under the provisions of sections 290.500 to 290.530 or any other required for the proper enforcement of sections 290.500 to 290.530 to the director upon ;

(6) Failing to post a of sections 290.500 to 290.530 or a copy of any applicable as required;
