To get a license for certain vehicle-related businesses in Missouri, a person must fill out an application every two years. The form asks for the business name, address, type of business, and the names and addresses of the owners, partners, or main officers. The person must swear that the information is true, and pay a $130 fee for each type of business and each location where business is done.
