A state commission that oversees motor vehicle registration can ask owners and operators to fill out reports. Those reports must be signed and sworn to be true. If someone files a false report or gives false information, the commission can take away some or all of their special out-of-state driving agreements. 301.275. may require reports — make investigations — regulations. — The commission may require such reports from owners and s of motor vehicles as may be useful to assist the commission in performing its duties under sections 301.271 to 301.279.
