Director to notify military special license plate applicants of opportunity to donate to World War II memorial trust fund
When someone in Missouri applied for a military license plate, the state would ask if they wanted to donate $10 to a fund for the National World War II Memorial in Washington, D.C. That money went into a special state fund run by the Missouri veterans' commission. The state stopped collecting these donations after August 28, 2013.
