Springfield Zoo special license plate, application, fees
People who are members of the Springfield Zoo can get a special car license plate with the Zoo's logo on it. To get one, a person pays the Zoo $35 each year, and the Zoo gives them a paper to show when they register their car. Then the person pays an extra $15 on top of the normal registration fee to get the special plate. If someone stops being a member or does not show the Zoo's paper at registration time, they get a regular plate instead. Money the Zoo gets from this program has to be used for the Zoo's purposes, not for other things.
