Director may require different proof, when

If someone files proof that they have car insurance or financial responsibility, but that proof stops being valid or working, the director of the state motor vehicle office will ask for new proof. Until the new proof is filed, the person's driver's license, vehicle registration, or right to drive in Missouri can be suspended.
