Fishing skills contest, ticket sales to participants on premises not ground to deny license
Selling tickets for fishing contests where skill matters is not considered gambling under Missouri liquor laws. Because of this, the liquor control division cannot take away or suspend a bar or liquor store's license just because they sell those fishing contest tickets.
