If someone breaks the rules about wholesale alcohol pricing, it gets reported to the supervisor of alcohol and tobacco control. Breaking these rules is a misdemeanor crime. The supervisor is also required to suspend or take away the license of any wholesaler who breaks these rules.
311.338. Violation of price regulations, — of . — Alleged violations of sections 311.332, 311.333, and 311.335 shall be reported to the .
