311.600. to sell unlabeled liquor — . — Any person who shall sell any , as defined in this chapter, within this state, which have not been inspected and labeled according to the of this law, shall be guilty of a , and in addition shall have his or other , giving him the right to or sell said liquors in this state, , and shall not again receive any such license or other authority for a period of two years thereafter.
