Disorderly place, warning, probation, suspension or revocation of license, when, notice

In plain English

If someone with a liquor license breaks the rules or runs a disorderly place, the state liquor control supervisor can warn them, put them on probation, suspend their license, or take it away. The license holder gets 10 days notice before any of that happens. Fines can also be given depending on what type of license the person holds. Before any punishment is handed out, the license holder gets a chance to meet with the supervisor to talk about what went wrong.
