If someone breaks the rules of a court order (called an injunction) related to this chapter, they can be fined between $100 and $1,000, put in county jail for between 30 days and one year, or both. The court also has the power to take other steps to make sure the injunction is followed.
311.760. for violation of terms of . — Any person violating the terms of the injunction as provided for in this chapter, shall be punished for by of not less than one hundred dollars, nor more than one thousand dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty days or more than one year; or by both such fine and imprisonment and the court shall have the power to such injunction by such measures and means as in the of the court may be necessary.
