Assignment of contract, buyer's rights

If a health spa sells or hands over a customer's contract to another company, the customer still keeps all the same rights they had against the original health spa. The new company that takes over the contract cannot take away those rights, even if they paid for the contract and had no idea about any problems.

407.337. of contract, buyer's rights. — Whether or not the has complied with the notice requirements of section 407.335, any or arising out of a which the buyer has against the health spa, and which would be cut off by assignment, shall not be cut off by assignment of the contract to any , whether or not the acquires the contract and for value.
