No additional annual filing or reporting requirements, when
State agencies and officials cannot make charities follow extra yearly paperwork rules that are stricter than what the main charity law already requires. There are exceptions — this rule does not apply to government grants or contracts, investigations, enforcement actions against specific charities, labor organizations, or reports that must be filed with the secretary of state.
407.475. No additional annual or reporting requirements, when — inapplicability. — 1. Except when specifically required or by federal law, no or state official shall impose any additional annual filing or reporting requirements on an organization regulated or specifically exempted from under sections 407.450 to 407.478 that are more stringent, restrictive, or expansive than the requirements authorized under section 407.462.
2. This section shall not apply to state or contracts, nor investigations under section 407.472, and shall not restrict against specific . This section shall not apply to , as that term is defined in section 105.500.
3. This section shall not apply when an organization regulated or specifically exempted from regulation under sections 407.450 to 407.475 is providing any report or disclosure required by state law to be filed with the .
