Prior convictions for odometer frauds, court may increase sentence, penalties
If someone breaks Missouri's odometer fraud laws and has already been convicted of breaking those same laws before, the court can give them a harsher punishment. That harsher punishment can include a fine and jail time in state corrections, up to the limit allowed for a class E felony.
