Violation of regulations
Time-share plans and properties are treated like regular products being sold. The rules about selling products in Missouri apply to them too. If someone breaks the rules in the time-share laws, that person has committed a class A misdemeanor, which is a crime that can come with fines or jail time.

407.630. Violation of regulations — . — 1. A or is under the of this chapter and the sale or offering for sale of such plans or property shall be subject to the provisions of sections 407.010 to 407.140, unless otherwise specifically provided in sections 407.600 to 407.630.
