Duties of seller after cancellation
When someone cancels a home solicitation sale, the seller has to come pick up any goods within 20 days. If the seller does not come get the goods in time, the buyer keeps them for free. Until the seller picks up the goods, the buyer needs to take care of them. If the seller did any work or services before the cancellation, the seller does not get paid for that work.
407.720. Duties of after — of buyer, when. — 1.
