441.630. Duties of occupant. — Every occupant of a under the of sections 441.500 to 441.643 shall be responsible to pay all rents due from him or her when such rents become due and to exercise reasonable care:

(1) To dispose of all and garbage in his or her dwelling unit, and other organic which might provide food for rodents, in a clean and sanitary manner;

(2) To refrain from unreasonable use of electrical, heating, and plumbing fixtures;

(3) To meet all obligations lawfully imposed upon the of dwelling units by the or the community;

(4) To refrain from destroying, , damaging, impairing or removing any part of the structure or dwelling unit or the facilities, equipment, or thereof, and to prohibit any other person on the with his or her permission from doing likewise; and
