A person in this role follows the same rules, has the same powers, and faces the same penalties as personal representatives, guardians, and conservators under Missouri law. That person can also give official oaths and affirmations for things related to their job.
473.750. Powers and duties under law. — In addition to the of sections 473.730 to 473.767, he and his shall have the same powers as are conferred upon, and be subject to the same duties, penalties, provisions and proceedings as are upon or against , guardians and by chapters 472 to 475, so far as the same may be applicable. He shall have power to in all matters relating or belonging to the exercise of his office.
