Missouri's own rules about electronic signatures take the place of certain federal rules on the same topic. But Missouri's rules do not replace one specific part of the federal law, and they do not allow electronic delivery of certain special notices that the federal law protects.
474.562. Federal acts, effect on. — The of sections 474.540 to 474.564 , limit, and the federal in Global and Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001, et seq., but do not modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(c) of that act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001(c), or authorize of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7003(b).
