Protection of persons dealing with conservator

Random law
In plain English

When someone helps a conservator or does business with one, that person is protected by law as long as they acted in good faith and gave something of value. They do not have to double-check whether the conservator had the right to do what they did. If money or property is handed over to a conservator, the person giving it is not responsible for making sure the conservator uses it correctly. This protection still applies even if there were minor legal mistakes made when the conservator was appointed.
