Nonresident domiciliary guardian or conservator

A person or company from another state or country who is already in charge of someone's care or money (as a guardian or conservator) in that person's home state is allowed to do that same job in Missouri too, even if they don't normally do business in Missouri.

475.339. or . — , a domiciliary guardian, , or conservator of a nonresident person, although a nonresident of this state or a of another state or country, whether or not to do business in this state, may act as such domiciliary guardian or conservator in this state under sections 475.335 and 475.336 and may be appointed and act as or conservator under section 475.030.
