Communication between courts

Random law
In plain English

When a Missouri court is handling a case under the adult guardianship laws, it can talk to a court in another state about that case. The people involved in the case may be allowed to join that conversation. The court usually has to write down that the communication happened. If the courts are just talking about scheduling or other basic office matters, no written record is needed.
