When someone has a court case under this chapter, they have the same rights to ask for a different judge or move the case to a different court as they would in cases under chapter 517. The rules for how to do that are also the same.
535.100. Change of judge and same as under chapter 517. — The rights to a and in proceedings under this chapter shall be the same and shall be exercised in the same manner as in proceedings under chapter 517.
