The board picks one member to be chairman, who runs meetings. The chairman picks another member as vice chairman to fill in when needed. The board also picks a secretary to handle office work and records. If the courts send legal papers to the board, those papers get delivered to the chairman, the vice chairman, or a registered agent the board chooses.
537.715. — officers. — 1. The shall elect one of their members as chairman. He shall preside over meetings of the board and perform such other duties as shall be required by of the board.
