Purchase in another state by Missouri residents, permitted when. — Residents of the state of Missouri may purchase firearms in any state, provided that such residents to the applicable of the , and regulations thereunder, and provided further that such residents conform to the provisions of law applicable to such purchase in the state of Missouri and in the state in which the purchase is made.
