If someone in charge at a government body or a construction company on purpose breaks the rules in this set of laws, they can be fined up to $500, jailed up to 6 months, or both. Every single day the rule-breaking continues counts as a brand new separate violation.
290.340. for violation. — Any officer, official, member, or of any , or who violates and with any of the and requirements of sections 290.210 to 290.340 shall be punished for each violation thereof by a not exceeding five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation or continues shall constitute a separate as contemplated by this section.
