Labor and industrial relations commission to mediate wage disputes
The labor and industrial relations commission helps settle fights over unpaid wages for female workers. The commission can also make rules to help it do that job, as long as those rules follow the law.
290.430. to wage disputes. — The shall take all proceedings necessary to mediate the dispute concerning the payment of any sums alleged to be due and unpaid to the female employees. The commission shall have the power to such regulations not inconsistent with the purpose and of sections 290.400 to 290.450, as it deems necessary or for the thereof.
