Service agent obtaining certificate of ownership for owner, definition
This law defines what a 'motor vehicle title service agent' is. It means any person who gets paid to help someone else get an ownership certificate for a car or other motor vehicle.
301.112. obtaining for owner, definition. — For the purpose of sections 301.112 to 301.119, "" shall be to mean any person who acts as an agent for a fee in obtaining a certificate of ownership of a motor vehicle.
