Suspension or revocation of license

Random law
In plain English

The state department can take away a dealer's license for three reasons: the license was obtained by cheating or given out by mistake, the dealer or their business partners broke the rules about registering vehicles or handling vehicle titles, or the dealer is not showing their license where it can be seen. Before taking the license away, the dealer gets a chance to be heard.
