Eastern Star, special license plates

Random law
In plain English

Members of the Missouri Order of the Eastern Star can get special car license plates with their group's emblem on them. To get one, a member pays $25 a year to their grand chapter, which then gives them a paper to show the DMV. The member also pays the regular personalized plate fee to the DMV, and then gets the special plate. If a member does not pay and show that paper the next year, they get a regular plate without the emblem instead.
