Recreational vehicle shows and exhibits by out-of-state promoters permitted, when
A promoter from out of state can hold a recreational vehicle show in Missouri only if at least 10 of the dealers at the show have a Missouri motor vehicle dealer license, and more than half of all dealers at the show have that license. If a promoter breaks these rules, they get fined five thousand dollars.
301.569. shows and exhibits by out-of-state promoters permitted, when. — 1. An of recreational vehicles, as that term is ded in section 700.010, may hold recreational vehicle shows or exhibits with recreational vehicles within this state if the following conditions exist:
(1) The show or has a minimum of ten recreational vehicle dealers licensed as motor vehicle dealers in this state; and
(2) More than fifty percent of the participating recreational vehicle dealers are licensed motor vehicle dealers in this state.
2. A violation of 1 of this section shall result in a five thousand dollar fine.
