Sale of six or more motor vehicles in a year without license, prohibited

Random law
In plain English

Selling six or more cars in one calendar year without a dealer license is against the law in Missouri. There are some exceptions — like banks, people selling cars they personally own and have registered in their name, auctioneers at private auctions, and businesses selling off vehicles they used for their own work. Breaking this rule is a misdemeanor the first time, and a felony if it happens again.
