The head of the driver's license office keeps organized records on everyone who applies for a driver's license. These records show who was approved, who was denied and why, and who had their license taken away or suspended. 302.120. s for , accident reports and court to be filed, how. — 1. The shall file every application for a license received by him and shall maintain suitable indices containing, in alphabetical :
(1) All applications denied and on each thereof note the reasons for such ;
(2) All applications granted; and
