When someone wins a court case and gets a judgment against another person, and that other person has put up money or security with the state director, the director has to tell the winner what kind of security was deposited and how much it is worth.
303.051. entitled to notice of held. — When a is rendered and is secured as provided by this chapter, the shall provide the judgment-creditor with describing the form and amount of the security the has deposited with the director.
