Display of false evidence of insurance, penalty, confiscation of false evidence, misdemeanor
A person cannot show a police officer fake or invalid proof of car insurance. This includes insurance cards that are changed, forged, or fake. If a person does this and gets caught, the officer takes the fake proof to use in court, and the person can be charged with a class A misdemeanor.
