If the director of revenue officially certifies a copy of a suspension order, that copy can be used as evidence in Missouri courts for cases related to this law.
303.315. Copies of orders, constitute evidence. — Copies of suspension orders entered this chapter by the shall be evidence in all courts of this state in actions arising under this chapter.
