Not to operate retrospectively

Random law
In plain English

This law says that the rules in sections 303.010 to 303.370 only apply going forward. They do not take away any rights a person already had before this law took effect. They also do not give new rights to someone whose legal claim started before this law. And a person in a lawsuit can still use other laws to seek help.
