If the person in charge of overseeing liquor rules, or anyone working for them, does not do their job right or breaks the rules in this chapter, they can be charged with a misdemeanor crime. The governor can also remove them from their job if they fail to do their duties.
311.670. Failure of and employees to perform duties. — If the or any of his employees or agents shall fail to perform any of the duties imposed upon them by this chapter, or shall in any manner violate any of the thereof, he or they shall be guilty of a and, if the supervisor of liquor control or any of his employees or agents shall fail to faithfully perform the duties upon them by this chapter, they may be from office by the governor.
