Fees and mileage of officers executing search warrants

Officers who issue or carry out search warrants under this law get paid the same fees and travel costs as they would for doing similar work in other criminal cases. Those costs are handled the same way other criminal court costs are handled.

311.860. Fees and of officers executing search . — All officers whose duty it is to or execute search warrants as provided for in this chapter, shall be entitled to the same fees and mileage as such officers are now or may hereafter be entitled to for similar services in the and of , the same to be and collected as other criminal are taxed and collected.
