Law applicable to breach of new motor vehicles warranties
When someone buys a new car and the warranty is broken, a specific set of Missouri laws (sections 407.560 to 407.579) covers that situation. A different set of general sales laws does not apply to new car sales.
407.563. Law applicable to of new motor vehicles . — The of sections 400.2-602 to 400.2-609 shall not apply to sales of new motor vehicles and such sales shall be governed by the provisions of sections 407.560 to 407.579.
