Waiver of buyer's rights void

A credit services organization cannot ask or try to get a buyer to give up any rights under this part of the law. If a buyer does sign away those rights, it does not count — the waiver means nothing.

407.643. of buyer's rights . — 1. A may not attempt to cause a buyer to a right under sections 407.635 to 407.644.
2. A waiver by a buyer of any part of sections 407.635 to 407.644 is void.
